Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. NexaGlobes LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
