We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn’t what you expected. Our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward, so you can shop with confidence.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
  • Defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

📦 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Request a Return/Exchange:
    Contact our customer service team at info@nexaglobesllc.com or +1 (214) 639-8350 to request a return or exchange. Include your Order ID and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Ship the Item(s) Back:
    Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
    Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it is protected during shipping.
  3. Processing Your Return or Exchange:
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
    • For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as the return is processed.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is approved and processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Returns: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. For standard returns, you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
  • International Returns: You will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and any customs charges that may apply.

🌎 Exchanges and Returns for International Orders

If you’re returning or exchanging an item from outside the United States, please note:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns and exchanges to process, depending on your location.
